Tab Bar in Web

We replaced Chromium's native tab with our own custom-built one, written in HTML/JS instead of C++. This marks the beginning of our month-long investment into replacing core components of Chromium's UI with our own web-powered version, allowing us to make changes and move a lot faster compared to modifying the existing one.
