Audio Channels v2

We made audio twice as easy to access and fixed some performance bugs. Now you can join a Space's audio channel at the top right and see anybody else that is in the call. We also support switching audio input/output devices and mute.

User Presence

It's really easy to see who is online / in audio in a space by looking at the presence panel. Users are assigned colors that will signify presence throughout Sail in upcoming multiplayer and active tab features.
