Foundation Improvements for Sail v0.3

New chromium controller

rob has been sunsetted for a new and better rob2. Sail v0.3 will include major changes separating tabs from spaces and new Live functionality that required a major overhaul of our Chromium controller. rob2 includes all our learnings from building rob and will move us forward towards Sail release.

Transition from PubNub to Ably

Alongside creating rob2 and pichu, we moved our networking provider to Ably which better serves our needs of a global low latency data network.
