Browser Renderer Research

To expand our ability to ship browser interface improvements and increase engineering productivity, we are researching alternative ways of interacting with the browser renderer. The goal is to remove as much separation as possible from our UI and the browser renderer (which displays websites) while still retaining sandbox security principles in Chromium.
